What's the difference between Zapier and Upbeat's direct integrations?

If we have a direct integration (Mindbody, Calendly, Klaviyo, OpenPhone), use that — fewer moving parts, no Zapier costs, faster delivery. Use Zapier for anything we don't have a direct connector for.

How fast is delivery via Zapier?

Zapier free-tier delivers in 1–2 minutes; paid tiers in seconds. Upbeat itself responds within ~1 second of receiving the webhook, so total latency is bounded by your Zap polling interval.

Will I burn through my Zapier quota?

One Zap per inbound lead. If you handle 200 leads/month, that's 200 Zap runs — well within the free tier (100 tasks/mo) once you're on a paid Zapier plan.

Can I use Zapier filters to skip some leads?

Yes. Use Zapier's Filter step to only send certain leads to Upbeat (e.g., skip test submissions, only adult inquiries, etc.). Anything Zapier can filter, you can pre-filter before Upbeat sees it.

What if I want to use n8n or Make instead of Zapier?

Both work the same way. Upbeat accepts webhooks from any tool — n8n, Make.com, Pipedream, custom scripts. Setup is identical: paste the URL, map the fields, send a test.
